Dr. William C. Han, a native of Northern Virginia, attended Johns Hopkins University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and subsequently a Master's in Public Health. Dr. Han received another Master's Degree from Georgetown University in Physiology and Biophysics, prior to attending the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he was awarded the Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (DMD).

During Dr. Han's educational years in the Washington D.C. area, he was involved with the White House Health Care Task Force. Upon receipt of his DMD he continued mastering his skill within various specialty practices throughout the New York City and Washington D.C. areas.

Dr. Han's outstanding credentials, compassionate manner, along with his dedication and passion for the profession of dentistry, make him a leader in his field.



Dr. Peter G. Shin was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina and attended North Carolina State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology graduating Summa Cum Laude. Thereafter, Dr. Shin attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, where he was awarded the Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (DMD).

Following dental school, Dr. Shin completed his General Practice Residency at Weill-Cornell New York Presbyterian Hospital. In addition, Dr. Shin was able to gain valuable experience as a resident at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center working in the Oral Pathology Department.

Dr. Shin's relentless commitment to providing excellent dental healthcare and maintaining personal attention to every patient is the highest standard that he strives for every day.



Dr. Jamie Hwang has been a practicing dentist since 2007. Originally from Florida, Dr. Hwang graduated with honors from the University of Florida where she received both her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (DMD). Upon graduation from dental school, she completed her post-graduate training at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, part of the NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System.

Dr. Hwang is an active member of the American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association and currently holds her dental licenses in New York and Florida. She believes in providing gentle, attentive care to every patient with professionalism and up-to-date knowledge in dentistry. She is committed to staying current with the latest technologies and advances in dentistry by attending continuing education courses.



Dr. JoAnna Pufnock was raised in Geneva, New York located in the Finger Lakes Region. Upon high school graduation, she began her dental career as a dental hygienist at Monroe Community College, in Rochester New York. As her interest for dentistry continued to grow, she decided to further her education at the University at Buffalo, in Buffalo New York. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2011 and with honors in 2015 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

Dr. Pufnock also completed a post graduate program to advance her training in a General Practice Residency at New York Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center. Throughout residency, she worked and trained with specialists in a multidisciplinary approach to provide comprehensive care. Currently, Dr. Pufnock is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, New York State Dental Association and New York County Dental Society.

Dr. Pufnock is a driven, compassionate provider to patients and the community. She strives to study the latest trends in dentistry in order to educate her patients and deliver high quality, conservative care.

In her spare time Dr. Pufnock enjoys exercising, exploring the city, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends and family.



Dr. Michael Chau was born and raised in New Jersey and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from UMDNJ - New Jersey Dental School. Following dental school, Dr. Chau completed a General Practice Residency at Weill-Cornell New York Presbyterian Hospital. He then continued on at New York Hospital Queens to gain an additional year of GRP training to focus on complex extractions and implant dentistry.

After working in private practice for several years, he continued his training in the specialty of Periodontics at New York University College of Dentistry, where he received the Clinician of the Year Award. Dr. Chau is recognized as a Board-Certified Periodontist by the American Board of Periodontology, and is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.
